Among our prestigious customers are global blue chips OEMs. The Axicom global sales team is strategically located in Switzerland, the USA, China, Japan, and Korea to ensure efficient and effective customer support across diverse regions.

 

In order to expand the Sales team, we are recruiting a:

 

Area Sales Manager North America

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales and marketing activities for the assigned accounts and region (may not be only limited to North America)
  • Achieving assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives
  • Cultivating and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Developing sales targets aligned with company strategy
  • Driving top-line growth within assigned accounts
  • Conducting competitive market analysis and forecasting
  • Collaborating to devise pricing and product strategies for key accounts
  • Managing relationships across all levels, from technical teams to C-level executives
  • Translating customer requirements into actionable insights for the organization
  • Collaborating internally with various company functions (e.g., production planning, product management, customer service, and product development)
  • Leading marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and promotions
  • Engaging in business development efforts to identify new markets and customers
  • Formulating and executing a comprehensive business strategy

Preferred requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/economics
  • Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency
  • Relevant experience in sales, marketing, and account management within an industrial environment is essential (preferably with knowledge of the high voltage industry and experience working with OEMs/long-term customers)
  • Strong technical aptitude and a proven track record in sales
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and focus on targets
  • High level of customer orientation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinker
  • Excellent communication skills with strong persuasion abilities
  • Capacity to engage and collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30% of the time)
